Amy Stewardson
I was born and lived in Maryland for over twenty years. In Maryland is where I met, married John, and graduated from college. We have been married for over 30 years now and have three adult children, all in their mid-to-late twenties.
I attended a Baptist Church throughout my childhood and received Christ as my Savior when I was in high school at a Baptist summer camp in North Carolina.
I have served the Lord throughout my life either in children’s ministries, short-term mission trips, or in women’s ministries. It was during a mission trip that I was on with my family in Zambia, Africa that my heart was touched and I knew that I wanted to come back to this country in some way to serve The Lord.
Professionally, I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and have over 25 years of classroom teaching experience with a concentration in Special Education.
Recently, I was the educational director for a nationally franchised, tutoring company. Most recently, I am a personal assistant to a young-adult man who has autism and a vision disorder.
